Enquiry Studio helps with the repeatable parts of handling a new customer: answer, understand what they need, prepare a useful hand-off and keep the follow-up visible.
It responds to common questions using the services, areas, hours and policies your business has approved. If the answer is missing, it points the customer to your team.
Customers can leave contact details and describe the job. Their enquiry, quote request or preferred booking time is organised in the business’s private inbox.
Use a price the business approved for an exact service match. The business can turn on automatic quote emails with its own approved terms; unmatched work stays in the inbox for a person. Customers can accept a quote and continue to that business’s secure payment link.
The assistant can collect a preferred time or open the business’s own booking page. The calendar provider checks its live availability and confirms bookings there; Enquiry Studio keeps its own booking requests labelled unconfirmed.
Search, status filters, follow-up reminders and a simple results view help the team spot open enquiries. Email acknowledgements and scheduled reminders need email setup.
Update approved information, adjust hand-off rules and pause the assistant. Access is business-scoped and logged; spam limits and retention controls help protect enquiry data.
A hands-on setup
Every pilot starts with your business, not a generic script. We agree what the assistant can say, what it should hand over and who looks after each enquiry.
We learn what customers ask and agree a focused goal for one website.
You confirm the facts, contact route, privacy notice and topics for a person.
We configure your assistant and private inbox, then walk through the experience together.
Your website owner adds the code. We test the answers, enquiry path and mobile view before launch.
A small, focused first step
Start with one business website. The pilot is a hands-on setup and monthly service, agreed directly before work begins. We’ll make sure the details, privacy information and follow-up process are ready before any real visitor uses it.

A useful pilot should be clear about what it can do today and what still belongs to a person.
It should say the business team needs to confirm and direct the visitor to the approved contact route. We test likely edge cases with you before launch.
Customers can request a booking or quote. The inbox can prepare drafts from your approved prices. If you enable it, an exact service match can receive an automatic quote using your approved terms; unmatched requests stay for your team to review. Customers can accept quotes online. A calendar link opens your own booking provider, which checks live availability and confirms its bookings.
After the email service is configured, you can enable a fixed acknowledgement and optional automatic quotes for exact matches from your approved price list and terms. General replies and unmatched quote requests remain for a person to review. If email is not connected, the inbox can open a draft in your email app.
The private inbox shows enquiry, quote and booking request counts, open follow-ups, quote acceptances and emails sent through the inbox. These records help you measure activity; they do not promise sales or revenue.
The business must approve its facts, contact route, privacy notice and retention process. The website owner must approve installation, and both of us test the complete enquiry path before real visitors use it.
No. It is a fictional demonstration. It does not represent a real barber or accept real customer enquiries.
The service is an early managed pilot. Agree the pilot scope, price, duration, support and cancellation terms directly before setup; there is no online checkout.
